The REALTECH Conference is a one-day summit in London on September 20th. It will bring together technologists building in our most critical industries. Attendees will engage in talks and panels on tech, industrial policy, manufacturing sovereignty, national security with opportunities to network, meet contemporaries and exchange ideas.

Naganand Murty - CEO of Electric Sheep Robotics
Nag is the co-founder and CEO of Electric Sheep Robotics—a San Francisco-based embodied AI robotics startup, that has built a vertically integrated solution for landscape gardening. The company has built custom offroad robots, integrated with their ES1 deep learning-based Large World Model (LWM). Their approach combines simulation-based pre-training and real-world fine-tuning, backed by a scalable data engine.
Before ESR, Nag worked in the White House directly under the CTO of the Obama White House. Prior to that, he founded and exited Embrace. Nag studied at IIT Bombay and Stanford University.
Joe Griston - co-CEO of Generative Engineering, ex-CPO of Arrival
Joe is the co-founder and co-CEO of Generative Engineering. A generative hardware design tool, which allows designers to create a unique design space of generated geometries, accounting for ever-changing requirements. Previously, Joe served as CPO for Arrival, the electric van manufacturer - hiring many engineers before Arrival’s merger in 2021. Before this, he was VP of Talent at Freelancer.com. Joe is a leading expert in hiring deep tech talent in Europe.

Aaron Neale - CEO of Sxaler, ex-CPO of Improbable
Aaron is the CEO of Sxaler, a platform which gives growth companies access to top tier executive talent. Prior to this, Aaron was the VP of Talent at Kraken. Before that, he spent 7 years at UK-based Improbable as VP of Talent then CPO. Improbable is a simulation company with key use cases in gaming and defence. Aaron is a leading expert in hiring technical talent across Europe.
Harvey Hodd - CEO of Rivan
Harvey is the founder and CEO of Rivan Industries. A London-based startup using solar, direct air capture and hydrogen electrolysis to produce synthetic fuels to decarbonise heavy industry. Harvey is a serial entrepreneur and previously founded Blueprint (acquired by Klaviyo) and Relo (acquired by Relay Commerce).
